Run your B2B store with an AI agent

Adding products, updating prices, keeping SEO in order, checking sales: most of the work in a B2B store is routine. On Atlaya an AI agent does this routine with you. You tell it what to do in plain words, it does the work, and you check the result.

You don't need to be a developer or hire one. You need your product data and an AI agent set up the right way, and we help you with both.

A chatbot is not enough. What an AI agent is

You probably already use ChatGPT, Claude or another chatbot. A chatbot answers questions in a chat window. An AI agent goes further: it works with the files on your computer, connects to your store and other tools, and carries out a task from start to finish.
We build our setup for Claude Cowork, the agent mode of the Claude desktop app. Two things make it work:

  • Skills. Plain instruction files that teach the agent how to run your catalog and SEO. We give you a ready set: the Product Management skill, which adapts to any catalog, and the SEO skill.
  • Connections. The agent connects to Atlaya and to the other tools you use, so it can read data and make changes.
Our skills are ordinary Markdown files. If you prefer another agent that works with files on your computer, including a local model, you can move them there and we are here to help.

What your agent does every week

  • New products and new prices. You give it a supplier price list, it prepares the products and prices for your catalog.
  • Price formulas. Shipping costs or supply routes change, the agent updates the formulas behind your prices.
  • SEO. It adjusts titles, descriptions and page texts to your SEO strategy, together with your SEO tools.
  • Sales report. It pulls your sales data and shows what sells and what doesn't.
  • Traffic report. It shows how visitors find your site and which pages work.
This is how cncmarket.ca runs today: thousands of SKUs, managed by one product owner and an AI agent.

Three ways to connect: CSV, REST API and MCP

  • CSV loaders. The agent prepares files for products, prices and properties, and a person checks them before upload. Nothing goes live unseen.
  • MCP. The agent works in the store directly: product cards, catalog folders, SEO fields and prices, plus your site statistics. The right choice once you rely on your agent.
  • REST API. The classic connection for your ERP, CRM or accounting system.
You can mix them. For example, keep prices on CSV review and let the agent edit SEO fields over MCP. Payments never go through the agent.

AI only when you need it

We started building Atlaya before the AI era, as a complete B2B platform in its own right. The AI agent is an option you switch on only if you need it. Everything it does, your team can also do by hand in the admin panel, with no AI and no third-party software.

If your data has to stay inside the company, we install Atlaya on premise, on your own servers, and connect your ERP, CRM or accounting only through classic API connectors. No AI agent required.

Works with the tools you already use

Atlaya is already connected with SE Ranking, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, QuickBooks and HubSpot.

Many business tools now offer their own MCP connectors. Claude Cowork (or other) can connect to them and to Atlaya at the same time, so your agent links Atlaya with your other software with no separate integration. This saves budget and makes the work much faster.

For example, we never built an SE Ranking integration for Atlaya. Your agent in Cowork requests the data from SE Ranking, interprets it following the instructions in the SEO skill and gives you a ready result.

How we set it up with you

You bring the data you already sell with: a simple spreadsheet, an ERP export or even supplier PDF catalogs. We help you design the catalog structure, and the agent fills it. What we can't do is invent your products and prices. Those come from you.
Every launch includes two calls with a live person from our team. We don't follow a script. We spend the time on what you need:
  • If you already use Claude Cowork, we hand over the skills package and show you how to shape your catalog for it.
  • If you are new to AI agents, we set up the agent and the project from your product files, and the calls are about how everything works.
We are not magicians. If you start from absolute zero, two calls may not be enough. Then we agree on extra support hours or a turnkey package.
