Many B2B products are sold with options. Usually that means a sales engineer, a spreadsheet and several days of emails before the customer sees a price.
In Atlaya the configurator is part of the store. The buyer picks a base product, adds options, sees the price change with every choice, and the rules you set make sure only valid combinations are possible.
How it works
Choose a base product. A machine, a system, a kit: the buyer starts from what they need.
Add options by group. Options are grouped the way you sell them, for example control, accessories or service.
See the price as they go. Every option changes the total right away.
Save it as a quote. The finished configuration is saved as a quote in the buyer's account, ready for internal approval. See Quote to order.
Rules that prevent wrong configurations
Requires. Option B is available only together with option A.
Excludes. Option A and option C can't be chosen together.
One from a group. The buyer picks exactly one option from a group, for example one control system.
The rules live in the product data, so a buyer can't send you a configuration your team would have to correct.
Quote or order: you decide
Some suppliers want to talk before every sale of a configured product, others are happy to sell online. You choose for your store: configured products end as a quote, or buyers can order them online right away.
Options are managed like any other product
Base products, options, option prices and rules are loaded the same way as the rest of your catalog: by hand in the admin panel, with CSV loaders, through the REST API or by your AI agent over MCP. Dozens of options per product are a routine upload, not a project.
Prices can work in more than one currency. For example, the catalog shows a price preview in your local currency, while the configurator and every quote use the manufacturer's currency. Or everything runs in one currency, if that suits you better.
Products you already have in stock can also be shown by serial number, with the options each unit comes with.
Works for any product built from options
Machines, systems, assemblies, kits, made-to-order items: if your sales team puts it together in a spreadsheet today, your buyers can configure it online.
