In B2B a purchase rarely starts at checkout. The buyer needs a quote, the quote goes through internal approval, and only then a purchase order number appears.
Atlaya moves this chain online. The buyer creates the quote, gets it approved and turns it into an order, all in their account, without a single email to your sales team.
How it works
Add to Quote. The buyer adds products to a quote from the product card or from the cart, instead of going to checkout.
Save the quote. They choose delivery and address, add their PO number if they already have one and leave a comment. Prices follow their own discounts and your rules.
Approve it inside their company. The buyer gets the quote as a PDF, in their account and by email, and takes it through their own approval, whatever it looks like: from a quick OK to several signatures.
Get a PO number. Once approved, the buyer's company issues a purchase order.
Convert to order. The buyer returns to their account, opens Quotes and turns the quote into an order in one click. If prices or terms have changed since the quote was saved, Atlaya shows it before the order is placed.
Why the buyer does it themselves
No waiting. The buyer gets a quote with their own prices in minutes, not after a day of emails.
The same process they already use. Quote, approval, PO, order: we didn't change the chain, we moved it online.
Your sales team does sales. Managers stop typing quotes and chasing PO numbers and spend the time on customers.
Special terms for a customer are set once as prices and discounts, not negotiated quote by quote. See B2B pricing.
Quotes go straight to your CRM
Atlaya doesn't replace your sales process. A quote the buyer created online can be passed to your CRM, whether you use Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho or HubSpot, and your team continues from there as usual.
If your sales cycle needs a follow-up, a manager or an AI agent picks up the quote and works on closing the deal. The goal is simple: the buyer does as much of the routine as possible, and your people, or your AI tokens, are spent where they bring results.
Invoices and documents
Out of the box, Atlaya creates a proforma invoice as a PDF. For a small business that is all it needs. If you work with an ERP or an accounting system, invoices and other documents can come from there and appear in the buyer's account. There are no limits on our side: it depends only on your integration.
Who sees what
In a customer's company, a manager sees all quotes and orders, while a buyer sees their own. Roles are set up to match how your business works with its customers: companies are too different for one standard scheme.
