A self-service portal for your B2B customers

Your customers rarely buy through one person. The purchasing manager places most orders, and when she is on vacation, the production manager orders instead. Both need the same prices, order history and documents, without calling your office.

Atlaya gives every customer company its own portal. Buyers log in, see their prices, order, reorder and download documents themselves. Your team gets fewer calls and emails about things the customer can now see on their own.

Company accounts: one company, many buyers

Each customer company has a main account and as many buyers as it needs. Accounts can appear in three ways:

- From your systems. Companies and users come from your ERP or CRM through an integration, or your AI agent adds them over MCP. A one-time CSV import is available on request.
- Invitations. The main account adds colleagues in its own account: enter an email, and the new buyer gets an invitation.
- Self-registration. A new customer signs up on your site. At launch you decide whether your admin approves new companies or the first user becomes the main account by default.

A company is a legal entity, so changes stay under your control. For example, if the customer sends you a letter, your admin can move the main account to another person.

Who sees what

The main account sees every order and every quote of the company. A buyer sees only their own. The purchasing manager gets the full picture, and buyers keep a clean list of what they ordered.
